Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use DISA Global Solutions for all our pre-employment screenings needs when we hire talent for all of our positions. For some our roles, we also utilize DISA Global Solutions to schedule their pre-employment drug screenings at clinics near the candidates and perform reference checks. DISA Global Solutions does a great job at processing pre-employment screenings in a timely manner.
Pros
- Results in a timely manner.

Cons
- The all reports screen, it would be useful to have them sorted by most recent at top automatically.
- The Form SSA-89 instructions should be clear that it must be hand-signed and electronic signatures are not allowed.
- The SSN Address Trace should be communicated more often to the company that it isn't being completed. Sometimes the pre-employment screening is pending for a couple of days when this is the only step missing because the candidate is not answering/responding. We need these candidates to start quickly and the few days the report is pending can affect us.
Return on Investment
- DISA Global Solutions has had a positive return on investment on our business as it's mainly quick process. It takes an average of 4 days before we get the completed pre-employment report.
- We do have a few cases were it takes longer than 4 days, but that is due to pre-employment drug screenings and the lab delays.
