Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Alora Home Health is used on a daily basis by our company. It enables us to chart in home visit notes, write orders, fax plan of care, perform billing and track accounts receivables. We are able to pull reports and know that we are staying CMS compliant with visit verification. It has helped us tremendously with our new company and it is the best decision I made as a business owner.

Most billing companies charge 3-5% of your return to utilize their services. Alora has saved us that expense soley by the ease of their product. The built in ability to send claims straight to clearinghouse saves us a large percentage that would normally have to go to a 3rd party billing agency. Allows us to keep our money in house.
Alora provides a QA center and an area where all documents can pulled quickly that makes it super simple for us as an agency to keep up with our ability to do Clinical Record Reviews which is important for us to stay accredited and keep up with the top standard we strive for.

I love my Alora Home Health Software system, I use it for Scheduling, Time Management, Communication with Clients and Employees, Billing, Payroll, staying in compliance with state laws, keeping track of all my employees and there credentials, and most of all keeping track of my clients, as far as their personal information, meds, doctors and more.

Our agency uses Alora Home Health Software as EHR, EVV, Scheduler, billing/invoicing, and mileage tracker/payroll. We manage in house employees, as well as the skilled service IC workers. Prior to Alora Home Health Software, we had several software products, but with Alora Home Health Software we have consolidated to one software. Alora Home Health Software helps keep us compliant with Medicare billing and state regulations with EVV requirements. As the administrator of Alora Home Health Software, I learned it from the ground up and have my hands in all aspects of the program, overseeing the clinicians, billing, EHR, and provide reporting to the clinic administrator.
