ZoomInfo is our preference over other competitive tools. While companies like Apollo.io have direct integrations with outreach and Seamless.ai boasts the deepest database, their other capabilities are lacking. ZoomInfo is the best and only complete package for organizations …
I am using Apollo.io, Huner.io on daily basis also use LinkedIn for searching more leads but Zoominfo has all of it. Zoominfo gives wide range of leads , companies rather than these 3 apps. Apollo has limited database as compared to Apollo, Hunter only verifies email addresses …
After testing several other software such as Seamless AI, Apollo and Lusha in a comparison test, ZoomInfo SalesOS won hands down! It provided the best data. It also allows for the export of records easily into our CRM. The interface is extremely easy and useful with all the …
For enterprises or even midmarket companies, there is no comparison. ZoomInfo SalesOS is more robust and more accurate than Apollo. Apollo is a good backup, but I would not use Apollo as my primary data source ever. Maybe if I was an SMB or really just wanted to spend the bare …
In terms of data accuracy for emails, volume of data for US Market, no. of technology stack, accuracy of scoops data - ZoomInfo Sales ranks higher compared to Lusha and Apollo.io. In terms of data accuracy for persona mobile number, Cognism fares better compared to ZoomInfo …
I like ZoomInfo Sales over apollo due to the integration with other sales tools - however I did find that Apollo has more phone numbers than ZoomInfo Sales. ZoomInfo Sales only has 1 mobile number listed per contact but Apollo has several which increases the rate in which the …
ZoomInfo Sales is solid for enterprise-level data depth, but Apollo edges it out in usability, value, and efficiency for everyday prospecting. ZoomInfo Sales has broader coverage, but Apollo’s data tends to be more accurate and up-to-date for the contacts we actually care about.
ZoomInfo provides better quality leads versus previously tested platforms. Both platforms rely mostly on LinkedIn data, which is, more often than not, outdated and inaccurate. ZoomInfo uses better methods to provide quality leads versus these two platforms. The ease of …
To be fare, 6sense is fantastic for Europe, but not for the US and ZoomInfo Sales is fantastic for the US, but not for Europe. There's a lot more company insight on 6sense that ZoomInfo Sales, and I remember when I first started using both, I did find 6sense more intuitive
ZoomInfo Sales provided the best data fidelity and quality for our team and region. In terms of pricing, it was not the cheapest by far, however the value vs price of what we got from ZoomInfo Sales was by far the best given that the other providers were unable to actually …
In terms of depth, comprehensiveness, CRM integration, ease of use, and accuracy of data I'll say Zoominfo ranks above them. However, some may have a few advantages that may address more important business needs for some organizations. However, I still prefer Zoominfo due to …
ZoomInfo always offers a more comprehensive dataset, including contact info for individuals and detailed firmographic data about companies. ZI offers a broader set of features and is used for a wide range of use cases, and is more expensive than the rest.
Ultimately, ZoomInfo's data is simply more reliable and abundant than every other product that we tested. This comes at a premium with ZoomInfo compared to the other products, but it is well worth it. That said, the other products are making good strides, and ZoomInfo will need …
Well so far, ZoomInfo SalesOS stands out to the rest of them. For data accuracy, even though it's not perfect but at least you can customize and adjust your research. For data coverage, ZoomInfo SalesOS has a vast, like hundreds of millions of leads and companies combined. For …
ZoomInfo has the best in class contact details from all that I have evaluated, however, it is not as accurate as LinkedIn Sales Navigator for contact accuracy. Obviously, you can't get email addresses or phone numbers from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, but you can verify accuracy …
The automatic email feature is extremely helpful for quickly contacting more potential clients. It is user-friendly and easy to access all buttons, which helps you navigate the task efficiently. It could greatly help to acquire more clients for a project to be successful. I cannot see anything less appropriate for me to achieve the goal I am aiming for.
I have found it to work best combined with LinkedIn Sales Nav. I use the filters on the sales navigation search to find people I wish to target, then use the sidebar to export individuals with the correct information into our CRM quickly. That is my bread-and-butter play as a BDR; I'm in there every day. It is also helpful to quickly check a company's revenue and employee count.
Sequencing automated email campaigns for outbound prospecting (BD Function).
Integrating with Sales Navigator to help me find emails/phone #' numbers/"add to sequence" while prospecting. It's easy and seamless to find & then load contacts into Cadences.
Integration with Salesforce is a huge plus. Allows me to not worry about logging anything, but the executive team can see my activity & what is going on (emails going out, responses I get, etc.).
The analytics on the outreach data is always helpful as well (open rates, click rates, etc.).
Zoominfo provides us scoops regarding any new upcoming project or pain points (difficulties) facing by certain companies which helps a lot in our business to contact such companies.
Zoominfo gives us the exaction info such as email address, Direct or Cell phone number of particular contact which we want and we don't get anywhere except zoominfo
Zoominfo has huge database. Intent is one of the favorite section where we get the exact info about the companies/industries which we want
Zoominfo Connects with Hubspot which is another benefit for us to add any specific contact directly to our HubSpot app.
For initial users, the system can be a little overwhelming. A ZoomInfor SalesOS Basics guide could be beneficial to keep new users from feeling lost amongst all the options.
Clearer instructions on how to set targeted search parameters for inbound information would be beneficial.
I'm not the contact. But I see it is where things are moving and if you don't have the information ZoomInfo gathers and continues to be more honed in on our customer or prospective customers, we will lose any advantages we once had and will be left behind.
Apollo.io has an amazing amount of features. It's great being able to complete so many tasks in one space but it's also overwhelming. It took me a few days to work through all of the options when searching for a company or person. After a few days it started to provide companies for me which was confusing before I understood what was happening. At first, I was also confused about what a "sequence" was so maybe some of the jargon can be confusing. I think with time I will become more comfortable once I understand all of the options offered.
Overall super simple to use. You do not need any training to use it, just a couple of minutes as it is very intuitive. I love using it because it has everything in one place except cadence. The filters on accounts and prospects is very easy to use as well.
The team wants to solve probelms, but we are finding that they don't know how to solve the more technical issues quickly. I suspect that they don't have a mature process for escalations, and they don't have a usable knowledge base article repository. They seems to push emails around to let us know that people are working on the issues to find solutions, but this takes weeks and oftentimes still leaves us without a resolution.
There would have nice while providing a great platform to use, to have an in person class to show how it would best serve us and to navigate. Nothing was provided to myself outside of having a sign on and the preloaded steps to get through basic processes
Make.com, Dripify and Hubspot all seem to have similar systems. However, they don't have any of the data. So, you wind up spending more money and time connecting them all to your system. Zoom Info has great data, but they didn't have automation. Apollo.io allows you to combined all of these other ones into on system which is fantastic.
There’s a few not listed. All in all, ZoomInfo Sales is an essential tool if you’re hunting hard and often. The AI functionality is superior to anything else I’ve used. However, if you’re a come and go, now and then prospector you can get by with other search engines that are “static” or seeming to be lacking in current data. LI Sales Nav is great, but you’re not going to get ahold of normal mid level people on there, and contact details are protected. The biggest competitive benefit here is you get everything you could possibly want to know, I’m not aware of any other product that can hang.
I've only just started using Apollo, but with the 24 emails I've sent out using Apollo, I've already received one response, which is a much better ratio than before.
I was also able to add several companies that were not already in my Salesforce account, which appeared in Apollo.io.
Apollo.io helped me find genuine companies that we could assist through the prospecting filters, which was very helpful.
