Overall Satisfaction with Worklio

I am a Consulting Analyst for a Benefits Broker, and utilize Worklio's HR & Payroll Administrative portal to pull reports predominately to monitor employee eligibility/benefit elections, data analysis for strategy presentations, and conducting audits.

Pros

  • Customizable platform design
  • Products Scalability is well integrated
  • Security seems optimal
  • Onboarding features seem relatively seamless

Cons

  • In my opinion, Reports are too complex compared to competitors I use
  • In my opinion, structure within the system lacks adaptability
  • In my opinion, need for expansion for ease/usability on Administrator side
  • Negative - I think it is subpar in efficiently gathering report criteria in a timely manner
  • Positive - In my opinion, HR Solution and Payment models seem to be a system strength.
  • Positive - In my opinion, good access for small to mid size corporation's, but not large.
Easy access, but I think the complex reporting and limited data for many standard reports, without having to customize and create many different versions. (as much data in the filters does not often populate), can be frustrating.
Based on ease of use (usability), reporting needs, and platform design:
Sufficient to: Paylocity, ADP Enterprise, Paycom.
In-line with: BambooHR. Paycor.
Insufficient to: Rippling, Gusto, Ease.

I have to pull several reports to get the criteria for simple analysis detail. In my experience, many competitors have a more straightforward, seamless, and less complex reporting system.

Company utilizes a lot. I think there is room for improvement, mainly with the portals reporting functionality.
