Worklio - Good for small - mid sized business HR/Payroll needs, but I think it lacks usability and ease for management of administrative and reporting duties.
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I am a Consulting Analyst for a Benefits Broker, and utilize Worklio's HR & Payroll Administrative portal to pull reports predominately to monitor employee eligibility/benefit elections, data analysis for strategy presentations, and conducting audits.
Pros
- Customizable platform design
- Products Scalability is well integrated
- Security seems optimal
- Onboarding features seem relatively seamless
Cons
- In my opinion, Reports are too complex compared to competitors I use
- In my opinion, structure within the system lacks adaptability
- In my opinion, need for expansion for ease/usability on Administrator side
Return on Investment
- Negative - I think it is subpar in efficiently gathering report criteria in a timely manner
- Positive - In my opinion, HR Solution and Payment models seem to be a system strength.
- Positive - In my opinion, good access for small to mid size corporation's, but not large.
