Webex Calling is used by the entire company, it simplifies communication especially for mobile users.

Pros

  • It can be used on both physical phones and software applications.

Cons

  • An interesting feature missing in Webex Calling is the federation between sites of different companies to be able to share states of presence and other federation between different Webex sites.
  • Webex Calling permanently eliminates technological obsolescence.
  • Webex Calling moves cost management to opex.
