Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We are a globally distributed enterprise and use Webex App as our all in one collaboration tool for messaging, calling, conferencing, and video.

Pros

  • Message and presence.
  • Click to call.
  • Video.
  • Data insights.

Cons

  • Sometimes using the mobile app can be cumbersome.
  • Productivity enhancement.
  • Presence / availability due to workplace disruptions.
  • Mobile work.
We not only use, but sell Webex teams so it's important for us to be able to demonstrate the usefulness of the platform to our customers and show first hand how it can be adopted.
Solid improvement to the platform over 12 months.

Great platform well integrated into our core and our customers business.
Very well suited for mobile work, enterprise deployments, customer engagements. Flexible platforms allow for multi-medium exchanges - messaging, data/documents, video. Searchable. Persistent.
