Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Webex primarily because of enterprise clients that prefer using it as their communication platform. While we continue to use other tools for our standard clients, there's something about Webex that makes it the go-to for enterprises operating in highly regulated markets. Either way, it does video calls, screen sharing, text messaging and file sharing with as much ease as any other app.

- Messaging that continues before and after meetings
- Screen sharing is feature rich for presentations
- Files can be shared in the same calling thread
Cons
- The mobile app sometimes crashes when changing volume
- UI feels dated in comparison to what's standard these days
- Notifications can't be customized much

- Saves us roughly $150/mo by eliminating separate file sharing and management apps
