Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Webex App is being currently used by Product Team as well as PreSales Teams as part of our Product Portfolio.

Pros

  • Intercompany collaboration.
  • Application integration: Calendar, Meetings, Devices.

Cons

  • Whiteboarding.
  • Has provided a path to migrate customer from On-Premises to Cloud.
  • Has increased the possibility to upsell and cross-sell other products.
More easy to use, more intuitive tool, and clearly, way more stable.
I have had few issues when using Webex App, but Cisco Webex Support provides great customer support. You can easily create or open a case, follow up and even engage with Cisco Expert in a Webex Space which is great for 1:1 support.
