Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Our office offers the Webex App as a way for our continuing education course attendees to join webinars from their phone or iPad. We are able to get more attendees on our webinars by adding multiple ways to attend. Our office also uses the desktop version of the app to schedule team meetings and communicate with each other via video chat.

Pros

  • Ease user experience.
  • Team collaboration.

Cons

  • Content sharing on browser app.
  • More attendees for our courses.
  • Takes time for our audience to get used to Webex.
  • Zoom
Zoom and Webex are very similar. I like the way content is shared on Webex vs. Zoom.
I have never used the Webex support services.

I think the Webex App works great on mobile and Apple devices. The browser app seems limited.
The Webex App is most appropriate if you cannot join from a computer or if you want to provide the app as an option for meeting/event attendees.
