Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management

Workforce analasys, scheduling, forecasting, and intraday management.

Pros

  • Forecast tool has graphical displays.
  • Many options for scheduling
  • Menu is easily to utilize

Cons

  • Visualization into schedule gaps
  • Running forecast weeks out
  • Intraday for individual queues
Verint's ability to give reps auto volunteer and PTO submissions provide a definitle benefit over some competitors. Genesys ability to easily move schedule events are stronger than the current Verint event tool.

The forecasts produced have aided in finding time to schedule meetings, trainings, and time off.
I have not utilized the mobile functionality
Genesys IVR, Genesys PureConnect (discontinued)
Verint does well with the graphing of the forecast and visualization of projections. Improvement could be made in viewing all of a campaign's reps on less pages. Time off and volunteer approval could be reviewed and enhanced.
