Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is used across the organization. We are transitioning to a paperless environment for vacation requests/time off as well as employee self service. It's great for audit purposes.

Pros

  • Employee self service.
  • Clean and user friendly interface.
  • Business intelligence reporting.
  • Community user groups for support.
  • Taking into account client opinions.

Cons

  • UltiPro Time & Attendance (UTA) - mobile version and calendar of requests for each manager.
  • Imports - documentation regarding how to do imports - particularly new hire imports.
  • Too many pop ups.
  • people@work
Much better - ADP P@W is very basic and had no integration between payroll and the core hr data. Self service function was lacking as well.
I am indifferent at the moment as we have just completed go live and have run into issues so we are still in clean up mode.
