Use Cases and Deployment Scope
So we basically use it for all the things, benefits, we use it for payroll, we use it for timekeeping. I think so that's all that we really use it for, but we would like to see if there's more of an easier way to just put everything together.
Pros
- Well I would say recently the customer service has increased tremendously and I love that because when you put in a case and then you get the message maybe two to five minutes later and then someone's contacting you on the phone or an email. And I love that part because we are in customer service, so just be having that support is truly amazing.
Cons
- Teachers that are hard functionality. Okay. I would say the most issues that we've had is the admins or the HR department losing their access and it throws us for a loop. It's like, what happened? What's going on? So that's the main thing. And then some of our employees struggle with the hourly employees try to struggle with timekeeping as in clocking in and clocking out. But we got that resolved. Thank you UKG Pro. And our employees are happy again. I would recommend UKG Pro.
Return on Investment
- I would say the employee engagement has improved overall with UKG Pro. And I feel like over, since we've had it for about two, I think it's three years, we've officially had UKG Pro from where it started from beginning to now, it has very transformed through just the business objectives I guess you can say. And then employees at first hated it and then now it's like, okay, we like UKG Pro because they're problem solving. They're coming up, they're coming to be with us more, which is awesome.
