Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

The entire organization is using UltiPro for finance, HR, time management, and payroll. It is a great HRIS and allows our department managers to handle PTO & payroll easily.

Pros

  • The HRIS is easy to manage and update.

Cons

  • Step increases for the personnel files would be nice.
The capabilities are wonderful, however our company needs to get on the band wagon and use it to the fullest. We used to have Infinium and although the change was drastic, after I got the hang of it, I thoroughly enjoy the capacity provided and the easy flow.
It will be great for streamlining my recruitment and onboarding process once I get it set up to function for me. UltiPro provides wonderful opportunities for streamlining processes in open enrollment too!
