Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Employees use the self service application, and in HR we use onboarding, payroll, HRIS, and UltiPro Time Management (UTM).

Pros

  • My account manager is awesome.
  • Year end processing.
  • When I need to escalate an issue it gets taken care of.

Cons

  • Even though my account manager is great, there is room for improvement.
  • Reporting.
I was not with my current employer at the time vendor selection
