Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We use Text-Em-All to communicate with our temporary employees and clients. It resolves the issues of not having cell carrier information.

Cons

  • Set up is a bit difficult
  • Learning to use was not easy
  • When a user opts out, it is difficult for them to opt back in if our Text-Em-All number is no longer used.

I have only had to call twice. Both times I have had great customer service and assistance.

Text-Em-All is great for the Staffing Industry where high usage communication is necessary. We were unsure in the beginning but have utilized this system on a daily basis and are very happy with the addition to our programs.
