Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We employ up to 60 part-time seasonal workers at our Christmas tree farm. Many of them are teens, and they don't read email. Text-em-all allows me to get info to them where they'll see it, and they can respond without blowing up my phone. I am also able to assign a team member to send and reply to texts.

Pros

  • Select groups of employees to message
  • Get replies on the website, rather than as notifications on my phone
  • Easy to change level of subscription when we ramp up and add employees

Cons

  • I need to see the entire list of employees and be able to select just the ones I want to text. Instead, I have to de-select the ones I don't want to text. Sometimes I only need to text 3 people, so I find this is too time-consuming.
  • Much quicker response from employees.
Many of our employees don't read their emails.
