Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
Now with these COVID 19 restrictions and quarantine, we have to use TeamViewer 10x more than we've used to. It's completely helpful and recommended. It makes our job ( IT Team) way easier and faster. People got used to it and they also like this new way of getting Tech Support
Pros
- Fast remote support, almost no delay between computers
- Transfer files speed, almost the same as my ISP
- Ability to chat / video call between user and IT member is great, even more when phone system is not working
Cons
- Accessing Admin user, sometimes it's kind of hard, maybe having a place where you can define de admin user name / password would be great
- Sometimes a simple Yes / No to accept the session could be faster than giving the password.
- ROI has paid off completely within the first 3 months. Totally worth it
- We didn't even have to think about the investment when we realized how useful was to our company, best IT support tool for us
TeamViewer is way more user friendly and also faster. Any desk is not bad, don't get me wrong, but TV is way faster and runs smoothly. There no issues and you can do more with it than other companies. Based on my experience (more than 4 remote control softwares for more than 3 years each) I think TeamViewer is one of the best ones
