Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

TeamViewer is a great product. I have used it personally to connect to other computers to transfer files or conduct screen-share or remote viewing sessions. This is the tool I used to ensure that I could still get into my system when working from offsite, a remote location or from home.

Pros

  • The ability to transfer files.
  • Able to connect anytime.
  • Supports dual monitor, lock the screen, show black screen.
  • Ability to chat with a user during a remote session.

Cons

  • Expensive licensing.
  • Keeps me connected from anywhere.
  • Increased productivity.
TeamViewer is more efficient and reliable to use. Also, its connectivity to a remote desktop is faster than LogMeIn Pro.
