The software also helps us in communicating with all field staff with the help of audio and video calling, it also help us in give training to them and track their real time work

As I work in an industry where I need to handle client systems from different cities , TeamViewer has been a game changer as i can directly connect to their system and do the work easily by taking remote access.

Pros

  • Connecting to system through remote access
  • Smooth functioning of the server
  • No quick connection/session timeout

Cons

  • There is no chat feature
  • Multiple connections st single time is not possible
  • UI can be improved more

  • Cost savings as clients are at distant locations across the country, connecting with them and having access to their system is boon.
  • Deployment of modules or codes are as simple as drag and drop functionality that too over different system, it is easy to use
  • Recording feature is also there so that there be after time sessions to check if the deployment went the way we wanted or not, or we can record the sessions to give trainings to other employees too for the same.

We also use the tool when we invite potential new customer sharing with them online insights of our Manufacturing Execution System DIAMES platform to show them the potential benefit.
