Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
For a small company with 4 remote offices in multiple states and no dedicated IT staff, remote desktop support is difficult. Teamviewer allows us to maintain laptops in the remote facilities with an "always on/available" connection. Support tasks (like printer configuration or desktop training) that otherwise would require travel to the sites can be completed easily with Teamviewer.
Pros
- Always available/on connection option
- Easy interface
- Two- part secure login (ID and Password)
Cons
- End User interface is not customizable
- Ability to hide the installation on remote computers easily
- Prevents costly site visits
- Easily initiate remote training
- Simplified our IT support functions
We have not looked into other alternatives at this time

3 - Since we have no IT department to speak of, this allows our super users to support our less tech-savvy users
1 - Teamviewer is a simple to use, intuitive remote control software. Very little skill is required to get it up and running.

- The software works exactly as designed, no surprise uses. It does exactly what we expect
- Remote configuration/wiping of computers if an employee is let go
