Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

TeamViewer allows us to remotely connect to any of our servers while out of the office. This is an invaluable tool to allow easy, remote management of computers from a remote location.

Pros

  • Remote control of another computer
  • File transfer between computers
  • Secure connection between computers

Cons

  • Ability to view two remote computers at once
  • There are no other areas I feel need improved
  • Increased productivity
  • Easier to meet deadlines
  • Decreased cost from lost productivity
We had issues using Chrome Remote Desktop. It performed inconsistently compared to Teamviewer. Teamviewer just seems an all round better product.
TeamViewer is highly suited to users who need to work remotely, but still need access to computers that are physically located in the office. It's also extremely useful in allowing easy, quick file transfers between computers.
