Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
I use it with friends, family, and my Church. It has become a lifesaver to keep small issues at bay. It also allows me to update software quickly with the fear of ransomware infecting everyone.
Pros
- Tools within the remote screen work perfectly.
- Remote connection always work with minimum effort from the user on the other end
- Transferring of file works fast.
- Security is awesome
Cons
- Screen resolution when I connect to a monitor that is larger, it get tiny hard to see.
- Maybe pricing just a bit lower for more computers
- More Apple Keyboard shortcut
- More drag and drop options for remote computer
- ISO Support from an iPad
- 6 out of ten client love having the personal assistant when needed
- I cut my travel time down to 2 visits a week and still maintain relationships with my customers
- The money I save an make is night day of the traveling back and forth a few times
