Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

Everyone at the company uses it as needed. When you can't make into work, the software is used to work from other locations.

Pros

  • Work From Anywhere
  • Secure
  • Dependable

Cons

  • Sluggish operations. Scrolling is one of the worst.
  • Clearer information and instructions in regards to initial setup.
  • More feature creation.
  • Time Saver, don't have to drive into the office for simple tasks.
  • Employee's don't have to risk their life on bad weather days.
  • Helps attract talent.
I've only used support a couple of times, but each and every time they have been quick to respond and their responses have always been helpful! They provide solutions quickly that are accurate and helpful. Couldn't improve in this department even if they wanted to! It's been great from start to finish.

Working from a location with high speed internet great. Working from a location off a mobile hotspot, not so great. I would like to see the software being more capable when using slow internet or "spotty" internet. It also is of no help if you don't have internet and cannot connect a computer to it. It doesn't work off of phone or tablet only.
