  • I dont have numbers but it was a lifesaver during covid when everyone needed remote support
  • It saved us money compared to your competitors so it was a no brainer
I have had almost no issues but support has been responsive and made me smile. Thank you for such a great product
Yes - LogMeIn Rescue products. They were much more expensive than necessary and didn't make sense to our business. Also it was clunky

QuickBooks Online, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
I love Splashtop for connecting to client computers. I can control and fix problems instantly. Its a little more difficult on iPhone but I still use it. There are times the client has a hard time connecting on the first use but we have gotten this down to a routine
