Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

Integrated with our corporate card carrier for expenses and travel.

Pros

  • Ability to itemize expenses
  • Easy to add attachments and breakdown costa
  • Approval routing to ensure proper use as dictated by company policy
  • Easy to audit transactions and communicate with users if there are issues

Cons

  • Update user interface for easier customization and corporate branding
  • Easier way to edit expenses added to report of mistake was made in entry (itemization)
  • Trackable travel plans
  • Auditing process for transactions and not just a report as a whole
  • Increased productivity by removing manual processes
  • UKG Workforce Central (discontinued)
In a previous role, expenses were processed through UKG. You never knew when the payment would be released for out of pocket expenses, we’re not able to customize timelines or workflows for submitting and approving expenses. Did not allow to integrate travel or add personal preference.

I love the ability to add travel preferences, frequent flier programs and personal information that is remember to make booking travel easier. I like the ability to separate expenses into different reports depending on the reason/events.
