Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
I’m in love with SAP Concur, the reason is, 4 years later we used to do our expenses reports and traveling expenses thru SAP ECC6. In my opinion, it was quite time consuming and not intuitive, employees were complaining and it was not productive because some of them were spending hours to complete an expense reports, it was hard to follow the processs attach the receipt copies and so on ! We've decided Back then to explore some other tools and we felt in love with SAP Concur, its a wonderful product, the workflow is simple and the user experience is wondeful and intuitive.
Pros
- Intuitive
- easy to attach documents, such as receipts, bills, etc. and to view them
- the workflow and the approval process is visible and its helps the user to know at each step the process is.
Cons
- employees that left the company still has pending expenses reports whereas it should be a connection with the offboarding btween SAP ECC and Concur to trigger a task
- SAP Concur allowed employees and the line managers to produce and approve expense report in a fast and timely manner by reducing human task and frustration.
