Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

There’s nothing daunting like carrying out repetitive manual accounting tasks. I mainly turn to SAP Concur to automate invoice, travel and expense management.

Pros

  • Availability of on-prem Android and iOS mobile apps.
  • Has three modules: concur expense, Concur travel and concur invoice.
  • Automatically capture receipts and reports processing.

Cons

  • It demands a bit integrations to fully have all travel management needs covered.
  • With SAP Concur, I am able to get prior notifications when there is an instance of duplicate payment.
  • Automating AP, AR and GL improves performance by eradicating manual tasks.
  • Booking trips doesn’t require manual processes nor moving from one department to another.
  • In addition, SAP Concur allows me to view all expense data in one place.
I considered some accounting tools like FreshBooks when I was evaluating SAP Concur. The latter is robust since it has more accounting capabilities.
