Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used as a one stop shop for all things from my payroll to benefits and time off requests/approvals. I enjoy being able to use Rippling to review all of my information and pull all my documents from one place. I also like that I have the ability for single sign on to other platforms the company I work for uses.

Pros

  • Clear Channels for employees to access their information
  • Status updates sent via email
  • PTO requests/approvals

Cons

  • I think using the icons is extremely helpful, possibly making them bigger or having more
  • Having the ability for reviews on Rippling versus another site
  • Better functionality on the app
  • I only use this platform as an employee so I am not sure what those numbers look like
Rippling is much more user friendly than my previous company's HR tool. It is laid out nicer and has a ton more information available than the previous one that I used. I like that Rippling offers so many of my important company resources housed in one place. This makes it much easier as an employee to access my information.

Rippling is easy to use and very intuitive for an employee.
I like being able to access my benefits easily and quickly- especially the ability to see what I have on my HSA card easily! I also like that I can pull paystubs and tax documents easily. Requesting time off and seeing my accrued days is also very easy to find.
