Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Through this solution, I can sign my job contract, take the required training, track my daily worker hours, view my pay, and receive reports. It is easy to manage employees in the United States and other countries. As a manager or employee, the system allows you to view reports and submit or approve worker hours.

Easy to use in the employee onboarding process, training assignment, time tracker, and PayRoll process.

It was easy to use the Rippling dashboard and mobile app; the first time I used it, it was easy to configure my account, sign contract documents, time tracking, and payroll process. I did not spend much time understanding how to use it compared with other apps.
Only I can speak where Rippling does well; in this case, the time tracking, payroll, and training are the processes that made it easy to manage employees. - Time Tracking: I can see my worker time and change the shift time when I forget to complete my time tracker. - I can see the overall process through the invoices or reports when the Pay process starts. - Also, I receive notifications when a training is assigned to me.
