Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to organize my payment and tax documents, benefits information, and time off requests. I also regularly check Rippling to get a quick overview of our company org chart when needed and use single sign-on for over 20 different apps I need to use for work.

Pros

  • Reminds me of modules I need to complete.

Cons

  • Need to use two step authentication too often.
  • Increased efficiency.
  • Reduced hundreds of hours of unnecessary labor.
  • Boosted morale.
Although I cannot remember the names of other competitors, I can guarantee that Rippling is by far the most user-friendly, intuitive, efficient, and effective platform I have used in this space. It is a one-stop shop for all HR needs and couldn't be more helpful for staying organized at work.

I would give Rippling a 10 out of 10 because it is extremely intuitive and user-friendly. The platform is incredibly easy to use and navigate. The website is also modern and agile. It is not slow and clunky or scattered and disorganized like many of its competitors that I have used in this space.
Rippling is well suited for organizing payment and benefits information, communicating about time off requests, using single sign-on for various applications, and getting a quick overview of your company org chart. It is also useful for reminding employees of the training modules they must complete (and linking them to them). In my experience, Rippling is less useful for time tracking.
