Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as an all-in-one solution to manage critical Admin and HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, and hardware logistics. We take advantage of Rippling's PEO offering. It helps us offload compliance, streamline employee management, and ensure smooth transitions for new hires and exits. The breadth of services offered allow us to consolidate and streamline our workflows, eliminating the need for multiple tools and reducing administrative overhead. This gives us more time to focus on strategic initiatives while providing a solid user experience for our team.

We’ve used both ADP TotalSource and TriNet in the past, and while they got the job done, Rippling represents a major leap forward in several key areas. The ease of use is night and day—Rippling’s platform is intuitive and modern, making it much simpler to manage payroll, benefits, and HR tasks

The client experience is simpler and more intuitive. Everything from onboarding to hardware logistics is streamlined. Rippling also ended up being a more affordable platform from a direct-cost standpoint. For us, the total cost of ownership is a fraction of our prior service providers.
The service runs really well and when it doesn't we get the help we need.

Rippling is innovating at an extraordinary rate and the usability improves with each iteration. Key features include integrated signatures, templates, clear notifications, and a number of standard and custom automations. Key integrations include on-device security software, accounting system integrations, the ability to auto-provision and de-provision mission critical systems such as Google Workspace, Slack, password managers, etc.
Rippling is a great fit for companies like ours that have remote teams and don’t need on-premise time tracking. It’s especially useful for SaaS or tech businesses where you want everything—payroll, benefits, compliance, and even hardware logistics—handled in one place. The PEO option is a lifesaver for compliance.

Rippling makes it extremely simple for remove workers to access everything they need. The number of questions we receive regarding payroll, benefits, tax forms, etc. are very few.
