Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
Our agency uses Rippling to power and facilitate access to payroll, insurance benefits, PTO benefits, hiring and connected apps throughout the organization. This streamlines what use to be multiple access points for admins and employees and allows for a simple, single platform. Our employees love the access and simplicity and our admins love the ease of use and time it saves.
Pros
- Consolidates disparate information in one place
- Allows easy access to payroll for both admin and employees
- Simple, streamlined access to benefits
Cons
- Single sign on could be improved
- PTO platform could be more intuitive
- Better push notification system
- It's enabled us to shed duplicate systems
- It's reduced hours required for onboarding employees
- It's positively impacted ease of access to compliance data
In addition to Rippling, I've utilized ADP, Workday and Paylocity. My view is that Rippling is easier to implement and has a lower learning curve for employees. While others may be more robust in a specific area (i.e. ADP for payroll), Rippling covers more bases.
