Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for time management, Employee reviews, Benefit administration,Employee reviews and surveys. Rippling is also helping us stay compliant with certain laws and regulations which other platforms did not offer. Its streamlines every aspect of HR and performance management they way its integrated with over 500 third party apps is a super plus.

Rippling was more user friendly and also more aimed at catering to a smaller business

Its easy to navigate from start to finish
Getting everything streamlined for the employee's ease of us. Rippling is priced well for smaller business but does not lack function of what we needed.
