Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for almost everything. We use it for payroll, onboarding, boarding, and the benefit features as well.

Pros

  • Benefit enrollment.
  • All-in-one HR solution.
  • Easy to set up.
  • Lack of Standard Subscription Plans.

Rippling is user-friendly for the most part, but some features are hard to locate at times.
The chat option is awesome. I appreciate how someone is available to help. If I ever have any issues locating or submitting anything, a chat rep is always there to assist. I had an issue with FSA funds not being available for an employee. The chat rep assisted and followed up as well.
