Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to make insurance plan selections, review company org charts, and manage payroll. It's the most competent one-stop HR solution I've had the pleasure of using.

Pros

  • Clean, intuitive UI
  • Easy access to vital information
  • Excellent browser extension

Cons

  • Could improve visual aesthetics
  • For my department, Rippling has not had an impact on ROI.
Rippling is much more intuitive. The UI is much more simple to navigate and does not require you to dig through several menus to find what you need like others do. I remember constant frustration trying to remember where certain features were located in other apps, but Rippling has never made me search for what I need.

The UI is clean and very intuitive to use. This may be the biggest selling point on Rippling for me because I've had such a poor experience using other softwares in the past.
I have yet to find a use case where I thought Rippling wasn't particularly well-suited. Whether I'm checking in on a paycheck or trying to find someone in the company directory, Rippling has helped me accomplish the task at hand quickly and without confusion, something other HR suites have failed to do.
