Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

We mostly used Printfection for internal sends for company swag. We needed to be able to create swag quickly, as well as send it out to almost 600 employees.

Pros

  • Quick swag creation
  • Easy to use and set up campaigns
  • Quick responses and walk-throughs from CSM team

Cons

  • Variety of custom swag options.
  • Clear shipping methods for International shipping
  • Able to create and send out swag relatively quickly compared to other solutions.
CSM team was quick to respond and provide answers to any questions we had. Also sent over various resources to help us with our sends.

Printfection has been fairly easy to set up and run a gifting campaign for internal swag. I also appreciate the quick response from our customer success team; they were able to answer questions fast as well as provide videos and training to help.
