Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for processing payroll, recruiting, and onboarding new employees. It helped to streamline our recruiting process by being
able to post jobs directly from their system. It helped to streamline
our onboarding process by giving us the ability to have employees fill
out all of their paperwork in the portal, and it added them directly into
the payroll system.

Yes

Payroll is a commodity, and most payroll companies can process payroll correctly and easily. Paylocity is cost-effective and processes payroll well. Customer service so far has been responsive and can resolve my issues. There were some issues with the initial setup and their onboarding team, and I had a lot of extra work to do to make sure the first payroll was processed correctly.
