Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

The product address time keeping, attendance tracking, Payroll, PTO requests and more. Paycor has helped us move from manual processes to streamlining although we still have a ways to go. We have been using Paycor for about 5 years I'd say and have enjoyed the updates Paycor has made as well.

I have had experience with better ATS's before, like Workday or ADP. There is more usability, less clicking around through multiple screens to get to where you want to go. Paycor has to keep up with the times if they want to retain their clients.
We have tried to use the Paycor ATS but it is clunky and doesnt have the functionality that other ATS's have.

Yes

Paycor is best suited for larger companies. We have grown a lot in the past year. With the growth we have experienced we're in a weird in between spot where we want to use more of Paycor's products but we are not there yet. The update to the timecard needs to be changed, we have less functionality now so not sure how thats helpful to anyone.

Using Paycor

15 - Human Resources, Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance Tracking
3 - Human Resources mainly. No other people call Paycor or know the system very well. They depend on HR to answer any questions, or call Paycor if they have a problem with the system.

There are some thing left to be desired such as the customer service Paycor currently provides. Having experience with other human resources systems it seems like this is the area that Paycor is lacking the most.

Definitely the ease of use with the system as we plan to have more employees use Paycor as we learn to understand it

Paycor Support

Long wait times, transferred multiple times per call, incorrect information leading to having to call Paycor 2 or 3 additional times for the same exact issue.

We did not. I do not have answer for that. I assume maybe the expense of the extra support but so far we have not looked into it recently.
Yes - Employees were not showing up for a Manager that was assigned to him. Paycor fixed the issue in about a day or so. This was a problem because we were processing Payroll at the time but we were able to get the information needed right before the Payroll deadline.
When processing bonuses for employees Paycor helped us input all the information needed for each employee quickly so we did not have to hand key the information into each timecard.
