Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use it for Payroll, Time and Attendance and Reporting. Product is sometimes hard to navigate, because they change the appearance of the website a lot.

  • Keeping up to date with regulations.
  • Support

Cons

  • In my experience, time and Attendance is hard for managers to navigate.
  • In my experience, often Customer Service does not return calls.
  • In my opinion, they want us to try to figure out things on our own.

  • Minimized compliance risks.
  • Improved employee use with adding a fingerprint scanner.
  • Difficulty for managers to navigate sometimes.
  • Update the program to often and move items without notification.
Could use a little better communication between them and the client when moving items around on site.
They have good intentions. But, in my opinion, need a little work on customer service and response time. Overall a decent product.
