Overall Satisfaction with OnPay

We use OnPay for payroll and all payroll things related. We don't have any issues with OnPay. If after the initial training, I am always able to call a customer service representative and receive nothing but excellent help and assistance.

Pros

  • Notifying me when a pay run is scheduled or due.
  • Helps with items that seem impossible for me to find on the site.
  • It lets me run a report choosing the dates that I need; allowing me to decide which employees are on the report.

Cons

  • I don't see what can be changed to make it better. It is very user-friendly.
  • Definitly time savings
  • Running Reports is a breeze
Excellent support each and every time I call for support. Also, when I need to push a payroll through, they have never disappointed.
Once trained, easy to use.

As stated, once you have been trained, it is easy to follow and navigate pay schedules. If there is an issue on my end, there is no problem with contacting customer service, via email or by phone, and they help in real time.
