Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use On24 for external facing client webinars. We want to showcase our expertise to our clients but also provide them with updates on industry trends and engage them in scientific and commercial conversations and dialogue to stay up on trends and up-to-date in a variety of areas across all of our businesses. We have events that range from panel discussions, lecture style presentations, and fireside chats with invited guests and clients.
Pros
- Immediate analytics following webcasts
- Quick and efficient tech support
- Recommendations on ways to improve engagement
Cons
- Extra emails to participants more than 1 day after the webinar would be nice so we could have some extra touchpoints
- Some overarching year-over-year analysis would be great
- The ability to omit specific events from data reviews in case we don't want to include a smaller invitation-only event or internal event into our data scores and averages
- Immediate delivery of attendance and leads for business development
- Registration handled all in one place is great
- The URL to the event not changing makes it seamless and easy for staff to not have to constantly ask where to find the URL to share with a client since it never changes
