Overall Satisfaction with Notion
We use Notion to run all of our scopes, internal wikis, and projects. When we're working on a feature for our software, we plan everything out in a doc and using a kanban board. We then build out our GTM strategy and link all docs to a single page. We also use it to track where we're at with things like migrations into the software, and it's a hub for all of our internal documents for onboarding.
Pros
- AI Generation
- Their pages are great
- There's a ton of different editing and formatting options
Cons
- Things are a bit difficult to find
- The trash could be more obvious
- It's had a positive impact in terms of organization on our business. It's hard to put a ROI on it though.
We found Notion to be a lot easier to use than ClickUp. They offer a similar feature set, but ClickUp was a lot less user-friendly in my opinion. We also tried Trello and Todoist, but found they were just lacking the features we needed. We still use Trello for some internal bug tracking and Todoist for personal to-do's, but as a company it doesn't work widespread.
