Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com for a variety of taks here at barkers. our main task is to use it to manage the work flow of jobs and export jobs. I have also created quality boards for internal and customer NCR's - as well as designing quality management tools such as root cause analysis, SWOT & PESTEL and FMEA.

i am the admin here at barkers and it was me that introduced the software after doing some revision online as we used to use Excel. i describe monday.com to excel on steroids'. within a few months with feedback from each department I was able to show them what monday.com is capable of and since then it has been incorporated into all departments and now we have members for each department with the ability to create and design boards for their specific processes and tasks.
i have had to contact support several times over the last year or so in regards to and idea but not sure if it was possible and if so how do i go about it. the response has been amazing, very hopefully and clear conversation. always willing to work with me to make my job better and to also improve features they can develop
Since introducing monday.com here at Barkers we have now a professional tool to help us manage different projects, documenting everything from check sheets to cost to delivery date and location. Once we had feedback from all departments the board is now the center piece to our weekly project meetings.

Easy to use. all departments rely on monday.com in regards to how we control and improve quality. We collaborate the use of form and the NCR register this allows all members to fill in an NCR regardless of there location.
