Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Our workload was getting out of control, and we were beginning to miss deadlines. While searching for a project management platform, we were looking for an easy-to-use platform that would allow separate dashboards for each client, project status updates, and that allowed creative work and briefs to be viewed without hassle. Monday.com checked all of our boxes! Its ability to customize each dashboard is very straightforward and aesthetically pleasing. I would 100% recommend Monday.com to anyone looking to get their teams organized!

Pros

Cons

  • It's possible I didn't see how to do this from the platform but I would like a way to turn off Outlook notifications.
  • Project turnaround time has decreased
The whole platform is pretty straightforward, which I love. I also like how I could make my own private board to manage smaller tasks that don't need to be on the public platform. It's easy to submit change requests which get seen immediately thanks to tactful push notifications, which in turn, increases work efficiency.
I have never had to use customer support but I have heard that they're quick to respond with any questions and make sure every situation is resolved before disconnecting.
The overall performance is exceptional. The only issue I ever have is that sometimes it tends to run a little slow or lag on notifications, but that's usually during peak hours when so many people are actively using the platform.

I work across 5 different client accounts and it's easy to view all of my work for the day from the "My Work" tab. It immensely simplifies my day-to-day, as previously, I would have to handwrite my to-do list and keep track of every project manually.
