Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
monday.com is great at showcasing and displaying immediately all the various items I have on my roadmap, such as delivery dates, the feature description, documentation and OKR's among other important attributes. With an ever evolving product backlog, it can be tricky trying to share the changes at an email or Slack level, so monday.com perfectly fulfills this need, and reduces a lot of back and forth between myself and my stakeholders. It's an invaluable tool and saves me so much time so I can get on with the strategic aspects of Product Management and not have to concentrate on the tactical so much. Oh yeah, the interface is amazing as well by the way, clear, concise and easy to use!

Cons
- When opening an item, a window pops out on the right, it would be handy if you could move easily to the next item within that window (add a "next/previous" button for example)
- Definite time saver on cross team collaboration
In my two or so years of using monday.com, I've not experienced any downtime at all. If there has been any work programed that needs doing that would affect uptime, monday.com have been excellent in communicating up and coming outages.
