We use Monday.com to streamline processes within the organization, specifically for action items planning and follow-up.
Pros
- Action items planning and sharing
- Clear visual layout
- Adding team members is easy
Cons
- Development CRM - not intuitive and needs a lot of customization
- It is very difficult to receive focused support
- Formatting in attached Word files gets distorted if right-to-left (Hebrew) and left-to-right (English) languages are used in the same file
- It is too early to tell
