Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use Monday.com to streamline processes within the organization, specifically for action items planning and follow-up.

Pros

  • Action items planning and sharing
  • Clear visual layout
  • Adding team members is easy

Cons

  • Development CRM - not intuitive and needs a lot of customization
  • It is very difficult to receive focused support
  • Formatting in attached Word files gets distorted if right-to-left (Hebrew) and left-to-right (English) languages are used in the same file
  • It is too early to tell
The Development CRM needs a lot of attention.
Support is fast, but development associates cannot offer solutions on the spot. I often find myself being sent to watch training videos that do not directly address my question. Specifically, I found that requirements of the development team are beyond the area of expertise of support staff.
