We have set up monday.com for every property we manage as an Owners Corporation Management company, within the property we have split it up into subcategories and action the items within these subcategories to manage the workload. This way we can keep an accurate record and share with the owners or committee what we have achieved on their behalf over a 12-month period.

- To be able to drag a sub category into a different tab for the same page
- For the sub categories to be sorted by date its due on the main category for the singular page
- Time saving
- Easy set up of properties
- Tracking jobs
Work management is much easier using monday.com instead of notebooks or trying to flag every important email received. By having the properties set up with each categories than sub categories we can mange the work flow. Adding in a due date and seeing what we need to work on for the day is a great asset.
