Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Prior to monday.com we were utilizing Google Sheet to track various projects and this was taking too much of our teams time to maintain. After migrating to monday.com this has made a huge difference to our project management tracking and the team was able to focus more on delivering projects.

One aspect of adoption for monday.com in our use case is the change management where the users submit a form to this tool and if approved, it is added as a project for the team.
I must admit, I haven't spoken with Support. I have asked some questions support via chat.
In terms of reliability & HA, monday.com has 99.999% uptime. We have enabled SSO and users can easily login to the platform.
