Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

This is used as a project management and CRM tool for the business and streamlines the processes between management and workshop staff.

Pros

  • allocates tasks
  • live updates and comments between users
  • reminders of due dates

Cons

  • links between boards on different pages
  • automatic emails to remind about open inquiries
  • simpler/ easier to customise automations
  • saves time as can allocate tasks quickly and live updates
  • project management boards act as loa out lists for workshop and for checking
  • all employees utilise and make it work for them
Easy to use but we do not use much of the integration
We have not had to call support before as this has not been required.
Overall monday.com streamlines our work processes and benefits our organisation. THe project management side works very well for allocating lists to staff, allowing them to pick lists and then move to checking by management pre mobilisation.
